This afternoon was our season home opener against rival CB East. Credit CB East for creating and taking advantage of their opportunities for the win. They are very well coached and maintained good form throughout the match.

Thus far, this has been our best end-to-end game. Our players displayed incredible tenacity and determination throughout the match. Our defense was anchored by our GK Brooke Golbeski (Sr) who made many important saves. Our center defender Claire Engebreth (Sr), played a crucial role stepping up to fend off several additional attacks. Julia Bunch (Sr) and Meg Weyer (Sr) both played strong for us helping to balance the level of play at the midfield. We will continue to make adjustments and improve as a team.
