CB West is a very strong well coached team. The positives in this game were that we played really strong the first quarter, not allowing CBW to score. We also never gave up even though they were bombarding us with shots in the circle. We will continue to work on our passing and possession game.

2nd quarter -10:05 into the 2nd quarter Aida unassisted shot after carrying the ball across the circle.
2nd quarter - 13:37 into the 2nd quarter, Heidi redirected a corner shot from Aida
3rd quarter - 1:24 into the 3rd quarter Aida scored on a corner shot, assist Heidi on the insert
3rd quarter - 7:24 into the 3rd quarter, Aida scored after driving the circle on a reverse
4th quarter - 2:55 into the 4th quarter, Aida scored on a breakaway after Calista Boos threaded the needle beautifully splitting the defense
4th quarter - 6:16 into the 4th quarter, Calista scored off from a pass from Laney Hall

We finally had all our players available to play and we were successful when we used our passing game to capitalize on our speed. CB South did a very nice job of breaking up our corners and we were fortunate to be able to score on field goals. We have a busy week ahead with three more games and we are looking to improve our connections as a team with each game.
