This was a good, hard and evenly played match throughout. CRN was able to strike early in the 1Q - their attacker sliced through several of our defenders and then buried into the back of the cage for the 1-0 lead. The 2Q was crucial for our team. CR North's defense and stick skills were very strong throughout and continued to lock it down in the circle. We have been working on our spacing on the attack and were proud how we responded by netting 3 of our own. Our last goal - came with no time remaining in the 2Q on a corner - that provided a much needed cushion.

Both team had multiple opportunity's in the 2H and continued to put pressure on both defenses and GKs.

Hats off to CR North Coach Whalin and her staff, you know heading in that they will always be well coached, tactically and technically sound.
