This was an evenly matched good game. Both teams were aggressive and matched the others goal from the start. For our team Breanna Gable and Sarah Freeman played great defense throughout the game. Maria Freeman came out strong for us off of the bench and sparked our second goal. We had plenty of chances to score in overtime we just have to finish our plays better moving forward.

Today was a complete and total team victory. We were able to connect passes and make the necessary adjustments to battle back from a 2-1 deficit. We were without some key players today, but everyone really stepped up. Sammy Kishel was extremely scrappy in the circle, scoring both goals in the first and third quarters. In overtime, we were able to stay composed enough to gain a corner where Sienna Valenti put the ball away after a battle in front of the cage. We had stellar performances on defense from Anna Daly, Avery McCann, and GK Audra Szymborski. There was great work in overtime from our midfield and I’m really proud of them for continuing to fight.
