Lower Moreland lost a tough one to New Hope 1-0. New Hope came out ready in the first and scored about halfway through the opening quarter. We came out a bit slow but bounced back after New Hope's goal. Overall I am proud of how the girls played. In the second half, we were able to move the ball much better and pressed further into New Hope's territory. Once again our defense came up big. There have been many games this season where they have kept us in the game. After making some changes our defensive corners have improved greatly. Goalie Jordyn MacPhee had 13 saves on the day. New Hope is always a tough game for us. This season we have been right there with them in both meetings but can't get the win. The Lady Lions will play at William Tennent on Wednesday.
