It was a battle under the lights for Lower Moreland and Springfield. Springfield came out on top winning the game 1-0 but the Lady Lions fought hard until the final buzzer. We were able to come out strong and spend a lot of the first quarter on our offensive end but knew Springfield would come out fighting in the second which they did scoring the lone goal of the game. As a team, we played one of our best and most consistent 60 minutes of the season on all sides of the ball. The Lions will finish the regular season on Wednesday against William Tennant.
