It was a great game! Crazy the first half went by without a single corner for either team. We were able to get it into the circle and score two goals within a few minutes of each other late in the 2nd quarter which really set our tone for the rest of the game. First goal was scored by freshman Tess Malizia off a pass from Avery Lennon. That was followed by a goal from Mackenzie Beamer with an assist from Aviva Kuznits. In the 3rd quarter Erin Muth scored off a shot from Olivia Vitella on a corner. In the final quarter lower Moreland really put up a fight and broke down our defense who kept them out of the circle most of the game. They ended up getting back to back corners and scored with just 5 minutes left. We finished off the last seconds of the game with a huge breakaway and just missed the Cage by a few inches. It was an exciting game
