The 6-0 score did not reflect the hard work and determination of the Lady Lions. We allowed 2 goals in each of the first two quarters but held Wissahickon to only 1 goal in quarters 3 and 4.
Coach Janet Lutter was proud of the way they fought up until the final horn.
Goalie Sarah Rosala had 22 saves with Jessica Shein adding three defensive saves and Maya Vaisman one.
Wissahickon had 22 corners but I was proud of how my defense was able to keep their scoring off those at a minimum.
