It was a physical and aggressive game and I’m proud of my team for hanging tough. Audra Szymborski shined for the second day in a row with double digit saves (15).

We played hard today. Avery McGinty and Olivia Roscoe did a nice job of stepping up and leading the team. East didn’t back down, and when they had the opportunity, they were able to finish. Going into the second half we were doing a nice job of passing and putting on pressure— We had our chances, but just couldn’t capitalize when needed during regulation. Ava Arbakov worked hard and Kasey Rieger was able to generate offense and carry the ball down the field into the circle. In overtime, we have a strong group that was able to work together well and finish when needed.
