Second quarter: Kendall Siegle from Aida Ierubino, 13:22

Third quarter: Kasey Rieger from Ava Arbakov, 4:39

I couldn’t be more proud of the way we played today. The way we played today is a great way to lead us into playoffs. We were intense, aggressive , composed when needed to be, and played hard as team. Defensively we played strong. Avery McGinty lead the defense, she played really well and strong today. Alayna Roscoe, Morgan Shaltens, and Maddy Shtino all stepped up defensively, and goalie Brittany Mattoi played well. Caitlyn Colyar and Olivia Roscoe stepped up in the midfield today— Olivia battled back from an injury and came back strong. The forwards worked hard throughout the game and during overtime Kasey Rieger and Ava Arbakov worked hard at generating offense. As we have done all season, we will continue to work and play together as a team in the post season.

We were pleased across all of our lines and how much ball control we were able to have for the majority of the match. We had multiple chances but were unable to finish. Today was a great learning opportunity that will help us prepare for Districts.
