This was a great Suburban One League game that went back and forth from beginning to end. CB East senior, Riley Donnelly scored first off the tap at 23:46 in to the first half, then with 10:27 left, senior forward, Brianna O’Donnell evened the score 1-1. North Penn began the scoring in the second half with two goals in the first 11 minutes from Varilla and Stotler. The second goal was an unlucky deflection off a defender for CB East. Emma Donnelly and Allison Gallant added two goals at 11:48 and 3:07 with an action-packed momentum shift ending regulation tied at 3-3. Emily Crawford from North Penn won the game 12:09 into overtime, with a straight shot off a corner, with another unlucky defensive deflection for CB East.
