Notes: "The Knights played a tough District 3 opponent in Wilson today and despite being plagued with a couple of key injuries were able to capitalize on a few offensive opportunities. Three of the Knights goals were scored on penalty corners. Junior Kylie Barwis and Senior Laura Albert converted two beautifully executed corners and the third was on a broken up penalty corner by Barwis on the post. Junior Goalkeeper Kiley Moister had a solid performance in goal as she was peppered by a strong Wilson attack. Senior Rhyan Poole, Senior Kirstyn Schoppe, and Junior Tallie Smink were strong on defense for the Knights and Senior midfielder Ashleigh Barwis was all over the field today in the midfield. It was a great learning experience playing against a strong team from another district. I hope this propels us forward and prepares us for the last quarter of the season."
