CB South had the daunting task of facing the #1 ranked team in the nation in the cold rain last night. Penn Manor is solid at every position, skilled, and well-coached. While Penn Manor dominated the game, CB South's defense, especially their corner defense, held them to only 10 shots. Penn Manor's GK has made a total of 18 saves all season. Sophomore goalie, Jillian Heilig (CBS) had some great saves and played her heart out as did the rest of the team.

"Despite the season-ending loss, this was a fantastic opportunity to play against the best of the best and discover that we could hold our own. I am so thankful for this group of athletes and their families. The support has been amazing. This team has turned CB South's program around. I will miss the seniors and I look forward to working with the underclassmen....who will, by the way, start working Monday!" :-)
