Notes: The Rams GK, Maia Machado, was hard to work around today for the Knights attack. The Knights had 39 shots and 12 corners and the Rams defense had a stellar performance. Machado was credited with 30 saves. The Knights toughed out the win and worked hard to earn the four goals to secure the victory. Four different goal scorers for the Knights offense today including freshman Laura Albert’s first varsity goal. Linsey Gilbert had a great game in the defensive end and outside midfielders Kerry O’Donnell and Caleigh did a nice job of feeding the ball to the attack.

North Penn is very skilled and organized. They attack and defend well as a unit.
We played a strong defensive game backed by stellar play from our GK, Maia Machado. We took advantage of our few scoring chances and kept the game tight until NP scored in the last minute of play.
