An evenly matched game was played today at PW. Abington saw an early goal that could have changed the trajectory of the game called back on a questionable call during corner play in the first quarter. The two teams held even 0-0 going into the half. PW capitalized on some of our mental lapses in the 3rd quarter scoring 3 goals. We dug deep and started a comeback scoring 2 goals in the 4th quarter but it was a little too late. We will be looking to play at our level for a full 60 minutes in our upcoming weeks. We keep telling the girls if they can keep their composure for a full 60 minutes they can beat anyone. Tara Hughes on defense and Erica Devlin on attack had a nice game for us.
