"PW and North Penn played a tightly contested first half with PW taking the 1-0 lead into the half on a Hailey Copestick goal. Ava Borkowski added another on a reverse hit early on in the second half, but North Penn put the pressure on when they scored on a shot from the top of the circle. PW responded less than a minute later when Kennedy Reardon put one in the back of the cage. Reardon scored her second goal of the game approximately five minutes later on a straight shot corner. Copestick added her second of the game shortly after to give PW a commanding lead. Defender, Livia Truong, played a strong game in the backfield, limiting many of North Penn's opportunities."

Notes: After a 0-1 halftime, the Knights couldn't hold off the fast and dynamic attack of PW. Sophomore goalkeeper Mallory Stowell had a great game in goal (14 saves) coming up with some big saves for North Penn and received help from the defensive efforts of senior Meg Daniels, freshman Madison Waldspurger (2 defensive saves), and sophomores Megan Albert and Ali Hoffman, however PW was unstoppable as they put up 30 shots in the non-league contest. Even though the Knights were able to manage 9 penalty corners, they were unable to convert their opportunities. The lone goal by North Penn was the bright spot for the Knights. Freshman Erin O'Donnell fed a beautiful pass to junior Jillian Lampitoc who drilled it in the left corner from the top of the circle.

North Penn record: 4-9 (3-6 in the Continental Conference)
