"PW improved to 8-0 on the season winning its game against Upper Dublin today. Ava Borkowski scored the first goal of the game on a reverse shot off of a Kaleigh Missimer assist. Upper Dublin would respond a few minutes later to tie the game. Despite earning numerous corners in the first half, PW had trouble executing and finding the back of the cage. Ava would score her second goal of the game with just under three minutes remaining in the half to give PW the lead going into halftime. After earning a few corners early in the 3rd quarter, PW would find its offensive groove as Hailey Copestick would score off of a well executed corner play (Missimer assist) to gain control of the game. Regan Gehman would tip in a Molly Lynch cross a few minutes later. Hailey Copestick scored her second goal of the game on the same corner play in the fourth quarter and Ava would score her third goal of the game with 2:52 remaining off of another Missimer assist. Despite struggling to finish early in the game, PW maintained its composure and persistence to secure the win. Kaleigh Missimer played a strong game in the midfield to set-up key plays and organize the team, evidenced by her four assists."
