Lower Moreland finished the regular season in an overtime 2-2 tie with William Tennent. The Lions came out sluggish but rebounded in the 2nd quarter with 2 goals. Liz Neeld scored the first goal about 3 minutes into the 2nd. Kylie Hopkins scored a beautiful goal off the post about 5 minutes later. I give Tennent a lot of credit, they came ready to play today and moved the ball well up and down the field. Goalie Sarah Rosala had 14 saves and Jessica Shein and Meredith Lutter both had defensive saves for the Lions. Now we wait to find out our fate in the playoffs, continue working hard and make some adjustments.
