A shout out to Cory Hemberger. Having never played a game as a lacrosse goalie, Cory started in the nets after just one practice, and recorded 11 saves against a skilled and athletic CB East squad. The team defense rallied behind him and played solid throughout the match. Jack Sexton was yet once again tenacious on the ground and as a shut down D-middie, while also winning 3 or 4 faceoffs. Evan Fitch, Brett Cohen, Jackson Schwartz, Timmy Fisher, and Gavin Meehan are to be commended for their overall effort on defensive end.
