CB South opened its season tonight with a non conference victory against the visiting Boyertown Bears.
South dominated at the face off X with Tyler Horvath going 20 for 22 on face offs and 14 ground balls. Horvath kept the Titans in the game after a slow start and going down 3-1 to the visiting bears. The Titans woke up with a 4 goal 2nd qtr to take a 5-4 half time lead. Titans pushed the lead to 6-4 early in the 3rd qtr but quickly lost control on bad penalties and Boyertown won the qtr 3-2. The score after 3 qtrs 7-7.
CB South used a ball control offense to finish out the game final qtr 4-2.
