The Lions defeated Roman Catholic in a non-conference game by a score of 14/3. Malcolm Raupp had 6 goals, Mitchell Lontchar had 3 goals and 3 assists, Jesse Castallano had 2 goals and 3 assists, Colin Foster had 2 goals and Hayden Beck had 1 goal. Leo Fowler was again strong in goal with 6 saves. Ben Klaymen scooped up 5 ground balls. Colin Foster, Chris Weisbrot and Brandon Cronce combined for 17 face off wins. The consistent on field leadership from our Senior Captains, Malcom Raupp, Leo Fowler and Logan Minnucci continues to pay big dividends for us.
The score was not indicative of how hard fought the game was. All credit goes to RC Coach McSpedon and his players for competing hard to the very end. The Lions travel to Plymouth White Marsh on Tuesday for a Conference game.
