The Hatters won their 14th straight game Tuesday afternoon to secure a share of the SOL Continental title for the 2nd time in 3 years. Hatboro-Horsham got off to a slow start vs. North Penn, but rallied in the 2nd half to win 11-4. Pat Downing led the Hatters offensively with 3 goals. Trevor Downing, Jimmy Murphy, and Jimmy Durkin each scored 2, as Jake Durkin and Steve Palo added 1 each. Jake Durkin also added 2 assists and Murphy had 1. Dom Defazio, Tyler Gehlhaus, and Jake Cresta led the Hatter defensively, and Marc Poust was once again solid in goal with 10 saves. Defazio led the Hatters with 8 ground balls. The Hatters play the SOL American champions, Plymouth Whitemarsh, Thursday afternoon to complete their regular season schedule.
