Plymouth Whitemarsh earned its 5th straight SOL American victory on Monday with a 12 to 2 victory over Springfield. The Colonials presented a balanced offensive attack with over seven players scoring goals, led by senior attackmen Caiden Lesczcynski (3G, 3GB, 1CTO) and Scott Marguilies (2G, 2GB).
Senior Defensmen Isaiah Bainbridge (1CTO, 7GB), Jackson Budin (3CTO, 3GB) and Dylan Imperial (2CTO, 4GB) led the defensive effort and combined for 14 groundballs and 6 caused turnovers. Bainbridge notched his 200th career caused turnover in the effort, after having racked up his 200th career groundball earlier in the season.
The Colonials scoring effort was rounded out by senior Hayden Domers (1G, 1A, 0 for 1 FO) and Luke LaViola (2G, 1GB), and juniors Drew Strohl (2G, 1A, 3GB), Dylan Ippolito (1G), Owen Cababe (1G, 1A) and Jack Cooper (3A).
