Qaukertown came out with the win in a conference matchup today. The first two quarters were close and back and forth but Quakertown came out with an 8-3 lead in the third quarter. Cheltenham rallied back to a one goal deficit (9-8) with a few minutes left of the game but Quakertown secured the game with two back to back goals.

Cheltenham coach Emily Towey: “We had a few huge momentum runs during the game which I am very proud of. Ultimately, we fell short in areas we shouldn't have but the season isn't over yet. We still have two games left and we want to continue to capitalize and grow in every minute of the season. Morgan Gregorio, London Montague, and Megan Robinson stepped up big for us in moments we really needed."

Up next: The Panthers (9-7 overall, 3-7 SOL ) travel to Springfield for a 7:00pm Wednesday conference matchup.
Quakertown Comments
Quakertown went to Cheltenham for a Tuesday afternoon game. Senior captain, Maddie Taylor, and freshman, Ellie Stanziola, each had a hat-trick on the day, as well as Taylor adding an assist. Cassidy Landis and Darcy Baxter, both sophomores for the Panthers, tallied two goals a piece, while freshman, Elaina Milne, found the back of the net once. Senior captain, Katelyn Landis, had two assists in today's matchup and was crucial on the defensive end for Quakertown.

The Panthers are back home Wednesday afternoon for a game against Lower Moreland at 3:30 p.m.
