I was happy with my players today. We were in the game and got close several times but either forced a shot or turned the ball over, giving Pennsbury the ball back. The draw hurt us at times but then we would play tough defense, get the ball back and then turn it over. It kills your momentum. They work so hard to get the ball back and deny their opponents. You cannot have those mental lapses. Playing well defensively were Katie Lukens, Anna McNichol, Kaylin Smyth, Kaiane Jayo, Bri Reynolds, Meghan Wendler and Maita Jayo. Addi Stein our goalie had 6 saves.
