Quakertown traveled to Springfield Township for a league game which was also in honor of bringing awareness to Type 1 Diabetes and those who face the tough battles it provides. Quakertown and Springfield Township had a gritty game on Wednesday night, in which both teams battled until the last whistle. Senior goalie, Cassidy Lamont, had twelve saves for the Panthers. Ellie Stanziola, a freshman for Quakertown, had two goals on the day. Senior, Maddie Taylor, and sophomore, Darcy Baxter, each found the back of the net once.

Quakertown is back on the road next Tuesday 5/6 for a 3:30 p.m. game at Cheltenham High School.
