PW played a very tentative 1st quarter. Wilson capitalized off the draw and putting the ball in the net, leading 3-0. In the 2nd Wilson continued to pressure PW. We, PW, started to work thru the pressure, calm down and started to work together both offensively and defensively. Ending the half at 5-2 Wilson.
In the second half PW finally settled down, played their game. It started at the draw, with Kai Jayo and Gracie Kerns working together to gain possession. PW capitalized on the offensive end, with the defense helping by playing great team D when Wilson had the ball. PW only allowed Wilson 1 goal in the 2nd half.
Playing well for PW were middies, Kai Jayo, Mai Jayo, Gracie Kerns and Grace Harvey. Defensively it took a village, our middies, Katie Lukens, Gianna Clark, Keira Whelan, Soph Nagle, and Harper Reilly,
Playing well offensively were Maite Jayo, Liv Reilly, Katie Guarino and Grace Harvey.
We are right back at it Monday at Quakertown.
