Alexa McCabe scored her 86th goal of the season and broke the WHS career scoring record held by Laura Frankenfeld since 2013. She now has 286 career goals. I am extremely proud of this accomplishment for Lex, but it is also a testament to the teammates that she has had throughout her career who have been feeding her the ball. Almost all of Lex's goals are a result of what someone did first, starting with Emma Baker and Lex Hobson her freshman year right up to now with Lila Marciniak, Emma Greenberg, Maddie Radell, Sam Farno and Paige Dratch. We have been fortunate these past couple of years to have a group of players who believe in each other.

Cheltenham really came to play today and gave us a really tough game. Their goalkeeper got her 100th save and we recorded 19 saves. I am glad we don't go up against her every game! That program really looks strong this year and you can tell they are really well coached.
