I was really happy with the team's performance. Overall, they did a really nice job of distributing the ball and feeding the open cutters. Last year we would get into these periods of self-doubt during games and I reminded the team to keep the intensity level up for all four quarters. This was a good start to the season and I hope this gives us a bit of confidence for our game against Unionville.
Emma Greenberg was very effective from the draw circle-If she wasn't winning it herself, she was getting it to her teammates. She and Lex McCabe were doing a great job working together. Ellie Stein led the defense that has two new starters and has grown into a really effective communicator around the 8m.
