We knew that today had to be a complete team effort if we had a chance to win. Upper Moreland plays a really tough zone defense that requires a very disciplined approach on attack, so it was nice to see the team move the ball and be patient enough to get a good shot. Sam Farno really stepped up today and had a great game.

I might sound like a broken record, but Ellie Stein has been a key to our success so far this season. Another great game on defense with 4 caused turnovers and 2 interceptions. Her ability to get the ball up the field in transition. While we didn't completely stop Annalise Messina, we were able to do enough to slow her down a bit.
