CRN Vinny Colon started off the scoring by collecting a poor Neshaminy clearance and hammered the ball past the the GK from 25 yards out. The first half, CRN dominated most of the play until the heavy rain and strong winds equaled things out a bit. The second half we picked it up and tied the score at one. Mike Albarran took a free kick (almost a corner) from the right size. He skipped the ball across the box the CRN keeper gave up a rebound to Cole Jackson who score the goal (55th Min). With about 10 minutes left CRN was awarded a free kick from 35 yards out. The CRN service found Vinny Colon again for a diving header goal. 3 minutes later, we had a restart at mid-field. GK Trevor Rush came up to take the free kick. He floated the ball into the box toward the goal. With the traffic front of the goal, the GK was able to get to the ball and free kick found the back of the net. 2-2. In the 77th minute, Mike Albarran's free kick from 35 yards out managed to find the upper left corner for the game winner. I am really proud of the resiliency our team has shown this year. They came back twice today in less than stellar conditions. Richie Faul did an outstanding job defensively in the central midfield in the second half.
