Upper Moreland Varsity Boys soccer traveled to Lower Moreland Thursday for their second away match
of the season. Travis Slear scored the golden goal in overtime to break a 1-1 tie to propel the Golden Bears
to their first road win of the season. The assist on the goal came from a Mateo Infante corner kick which came across the box and Slear hit a seed in the upper right corner to win the game. Lower Moreland opened the scoring in the 59th minute only to have Logan Taylor tally in the 61st minute to tie the match. Both defenses played especially well while both offences registered double digit shots.
