Gavin Rowan got the scoring going at the 12th minute by tucking the ball into the far corner of the goal off a deflection. Rowan scored his second goal 6 minutes later when he put in a Manny Weaba rebound (2-0). Rowan collected the natural hat trick when Mike Albarran gave him the perfect pass at the top of the 18 and he bent it inside the far post (33rd min, 3-0). Jason Spencer sent Mike Albarran in on breakaway and he calmly went around the keeper to make it 4-0 (38th min) at the half. Rowan notched his 4th goal of the game in the 42nd min. He was fouled at the top of the penalty area an was awarded a free kick. He bent the ball perfectly around the wall to make it 5-0. Christian Gega closed out the scoring in the 50th minute when he volleyed in a long Ryan Schoeneman throw in. It was a complete team win. Our defense was really sound today. In addition to Rowan's outstanding effort, Alex Daeche, Dan Nogeuira and Ryan Schoeneman played very well. Trevor Rush, Logan Gildea, and Casey Foley combined for the shutout.
