Neshaminy Comments
The first half was fairy even. No team really generated many chances. The second half we started connecting on a lot more of our passes and created several really good opportunities. Jon Albarran broke the tie in the 68th minute. Off a corner kick the ball came to Albarran about 25 yards yards from goal. He launched a rocket that beat the HGP keeper cleanly. Two minutes later, Sophomore Vincent McGynn got his first goal for Neshaminy. He collected the ball at the top of the penalty area off a corner an bent the ball beautifully around the GK. I thought the first half we were sluggish from yesterday's match, in the second half we found a rhythm and controlled the half. Correction: Chase Rider scored for us NOT Zach. It is a bad habit I can't seem to break. Thanks.
