The Upper Moreland Bears Boys Soccer team took down Phoenixville Area High School by a score of 5-1 Monday afternoon. Tommy Hays started the offense push with a goal early in the first half and Jon Baez followed suit a few minutes later to put the Bears up 2-1 at the half. From there the defense proved to be an impenetrable wall as they shut down P-Ville in the second half allowing for the Bears offense to net three more goals. Scoring for the Bears in the second half was Tim DeCarolis off of a cross by Josh McCune as well as goals each by Menevekah Daramay, and Tyler Foerst. Tim Uvegas and Kyle Walder le the way by their superb goalkeeping.
