The Upper Moreland boys soccer team earned its’ first shutout victory of the regular season today behind the efforts of Kyle Walder and Tim Uvegas in goal. Tommy Hays tallied UM’s first goal early in the first half by scoring off of a rebound shot by Tim DeCarolis. Later in the half, Tyler Foerst tucked away a loss ball into the back of the net putting the Bears up by two. And a few minutes later Tommy Hays put the game away by tallying his second goal of the game by scoring on a cross from Menvekeh Daramay. From that point on the Upper Moreland Bears rode their defense led by Kyle Lunch, Jon Baez, Nate Roberts, and Carl Wambold as the Bears improved to 3-0 on the season.
