William Tennent opened the scoring in the first half with a play down the sidelines by Christian Huslin who crossed the ball to the center of the box for a one time finish by Carlton Walters. In the second half, Sean Metz converted a PK that was created by a Carlton Walters penalty. Tennent’s final goal was set up by Freshman Connor Hanratty who played the ball to Henry Guzman who laid the ball off to Christian Huslin who hit a great shot. I thought senior centerback Ben Weir played outstanding matching up with the ever dangerous #17 on New Hope Davis Nagg who might be the best player in SOL. It was a great battle.
