Abington 5-0 over Norristown. Goals were scored by Sheila Longo on a nice header. The ball was served perfectly to her by Emily Willard. Julie Gallagher rattled a shot off the post that Longo finished and Gallagher later got the favor returned as she finished a shot that was set up by Longo's pass. Thed half ended 3-0. In the second half Emily Ryan thundered home a right-footed strike on a pass from CC Ellison played nicely into her path. Julie Gallagher finished the scoring when she tallied her second marker late in the match. The shutout was shared by Jess Sands and Megan Williams.
