We are pleased with the effort and the result today. Bensalem is always organized and well coached so staying patient in the attack was crucial for us. We made some minor adjustments throughout the game and I thought that they really worked out well for us. We were able to get on the board midway through the first half when Macy Laidlaw found Krissy Philip on an overlapping run and Krissy was able to slot one home to the lower corner. We continued to pressure but couldn’t extend our lead into halftime. We stressed the game plan at half and after a few posts hit, Krissy found Teagan Shay to score an insurance goal. I thought Kathryn O’Kane was dangerous today and Kate Deal was fantastic. I thought overall our depth was a major factor for us as we were able to seamlessly switch formations and personnel throughout the game. Still have some fine tuning to do heading into Thursday’s crossover
