JN Props: To start, total respect for Souderton for playing a tough, well defended game. We spent a majority of this game with the ball in their half, but Soudy was very disciplined, gritty, and prevented us from creating anything really dangerous. On Senior Night, with all those emotions in it, and then throw in a 0-0 game where it feels like you're going to break through but it just requires patience, it's easy to get frustrated and lose sight of how you play as a team. Credit to our girls for staying composed throughout this one and seeing through a really good conference game. You get to this end of the season, it takes a full team to earn results, and that's what this game was. So proud of our seniors for the leadership they've given our program, and I'm happy we honored their years in the program with a key win for us.

The goals:

1. Mia's
A great ball in from Ella Roumy led to a Jessie Bernabe header was saved by the Souderton keeper, setting up a corner. Taylor Roumy served one in that landed in a really dangerous spot and Mia found a tight window to get a shot off and break this game open.

2. Madz
After a good sequence from Ella to Jessie to Madz out wide, we created a really good chance from Jessie that hit off the crossbar. Jessie ended up sticking with the ball off the bar and made a hustle play to push the ball out to Mads, who just put the ball on frame and scored another really important goal for us.
