5 different girls scored today. Ryan Fitz opened up the scoring on a great individual effort hitting a rope from the left side about 4 minutes in.
Taylor Moyer got the 2nd goal on a well composed shot inside the 18.
Gracie Miller gave the Bucks a 3-0 halftime lead on a great one time shot that found the goal from 20 yards out.
We got two quick goals to start the second half. Keely McGlone got her first Varsity goal on a rebound off a corner. And Erin Fitz headed in a Moyer corner kick to round out the scoring for the Bucks.
I was really impressed with Shelby Hahn and freshman Ava Longo at center back today. Maggie Hesson, Erin Stranix, Mariella Neri, and Riley Corona were excellent applying pressure today.
After 2 tough division wins this week today was a much needed change of pace. Now it’s back to the grind because we face the 4A State runner up and Continental Champ Pennridge on Tuesday night.
