We played a good controlled game today. We were down a bunch of girls that are trying to heal up for our last 3 conference games so we had a lot of different girls step up today and give us great minutes.

Our first goal came about 10 minutes in when Riley Corona made a great run down the left side and sent a great ball into the box that Taylor Moyer made a great first touch on and buried a shot into the corner from 12 yards out to give us a 1-0 lead.

A few minutes later Taylor made a good move in the box and touched a ball to Syd Lubin who knocked in her first goal of the season to give us a 2-0 lead at the half.

We started the second half and really started playing fast. Our third goal was another great corner that Taylor hit and Tori Albrecht just goes and gets her head on to give us a 3-0 lead.

A couple minutes later Taylor hit another corner that Maggie Hesson headed that hit the crossbar and Keely McGlone was there to put in our 4th goal.

We saved the best goal for last. Alexa Vail made a great run down the left side and drove a ball into the box that Taylor hit a full left footed volley from 10 yards out to give us a 5-0 win.

Today Erin Fitz was great in the middle. She played at a high rate all game. We also got great minutes from Kayla Hyde, Grace Parlee, and Erin Stranix. It was also nice to get another clean sheet with Mariella Neri and Gracie Miller holding down the back.
