Really pleasing performance today against Bensalem. We never allowed them to settle and I thought our energy, pressure and overall play was excellent. We scored some really nice goals today from a team and individual perspective, Mia Cairone and Jayne Bogle both got hat-tricks, Alyssa Tyler and Ella McAleer also got on the scoresheet.
We shared a lot of minutes but I thought there were some players did very well, Emma Ralston, Caitlin Peiritsch, Tavi Copestick and Ella McAleer, who scored once and had two assists. Our freshman GK, Ellie Beldowicz has played twice this week and had shutouts both times as well.
It has been a solid start to the season for us, as we head into the holiday weekend we are healthy and our performances have improved each game so far. Hopefully that continues for us!
