Emily Willard had a goal and an assist for the Ghosts who secured their first win of the season. Willard played a ball down the left flank in the first half, juked a couple of Truman defenders and delivered a beautiful ball across the box which Gabby Nyirjesy neatly finished to give the Ghosts the lead. In the second half Willard again got loose down the left wing and drew a penalty kick when the Tiger defender hacked her down. She cooly smacked the ensuing spot kick home and Ali Dobson and her defense made the two goals hold up earning their first clean sheet.
