Great win today for Wiss - Another total Team effort for the whole of 80 minutes. From the back Captain Mary Mathews and Anna Wilde along with Keeper Nicole Hastings shut down GMA allowing only seven shots with zero reward for a shut-out win. Up top, Maddie Elwell contributed two. The first, six minutes into the second half, hitting from 30 yards out and then turned around and did it again less than 10 minutes later from 25 yards out - fabulous game. Sandwiched in-between was a beauty of a shot by Carley Amato, collecting it in the box beating a defender and shooting lower 90. Alexis Smith, Jasmine Bishop, and Rachel Colemen had a stellar game along with the entire squad. Congratulations Ladies! on a well executed, energetic, and very pretty 80 minutes of play.
