UD scored 2 in the 1st inning on a 2-out, 2-RBI single by Rachel Matricardi. They added 2 more runs in the 3rd (Rachel Stingel, walk, run on a groundball by Kristin Ganderton that misplayed and Rachel Hyman, single, run on a passed ball). 2 more runs were added in the 4th when Gianna Tino led off the inning with a double, and later scored on an RBI single by Ganderton. Rachel Matricardi hit a sacrifice fly ball to right field to score Stingel (who reached on a fielder’s choice). The last 3 runs were scored in the 5th inning (Ganderton with another RBI single, and then an error that scored the last 2 runs).

Stingel finished the day 3 for 4 with 4 runs scored; Hyman finished 2 for 3 with 2 runs scored, and Rachel Matricardi finished 1 for 3 with 3 RBIs.

Ganderton pitched the win (5 Ks, 3 BBs, 1 HP, 5 hits, 2 earned runs). Upper Dublin is now 8-7 overall.
