UD's Kaelin Penna reached base with a lead-off walk, stole 2nd base and eventually scored on an RBI fielder's choice by Anna Levin. In the 3rd inning, Madden Reilly hit a 2-run home run to make it 3-0 Upper Dublin. Lower Moreland answered in the bottom half of the inning with a 2-run home run by Liz Neeld, to make it 3-2. Upper Dublin answered back with 3 more runs in the top of the 4th which included an RBI single by Penna and RBI groundout by Reilly. Penna also added a 2-run HR in the top of the 7th as part of a 4-run inning. Kyla Garrison pitched the win with 11 strikeouts, 1 walk, 1 hit by pitch and scattering 3 hits. Sandra Malave took the loss allowing 9 hits, 8 walks, and recording 1 strikeout. Penna finished the day 2 for 4 with 3 runs scored and 3 RBIs, Reilly was 2 for 4 with 1 run scored and 3 RBIs, and Garrison was 1 for 3 with a double.

Upper Dublin, now 8-3 in SOL play (11-4 overall) will host Quakertown on Friday. Lower Moreland will travel to Upper Moreland on Friday.
