Lower Moreland wasted no time at New Hope-Solebury scoring 2 runs in the first inning and 4 more runs in the second inning.

Liz Neeld got a free pass to start the game, stole second base, advanced to third on an infield ground ball by Juliet Yavas, and then scored on Sophia Azzarano's sac fly. Yavas scored the second run of the inning on another infield ground ball. But New Hope stormed right back, scoring 1 on an Izzy Elizondo single and a couple of LM miscues.

Payton Lennon opened the second inning with a single, stole second base, stole third base, and scored when Sandra Malave dropped a fly ball in shallow right field. Jordan MacPhee got on base with a fielder's choice, Neeld doubled on a blast that bounced over the centerfield fence, Yavas walked, and Azzarano followed with a 3-run bases clearing double.

Both Lower Moreland and New Hope each added one more run in the fourth inning. For LM, Yavas singled, worked her way around the bases, and eventually scored on a wild pitch. For New Hope, Emily Wilson singled and scored on a Kaylee Harris basehit.

New Hope never gave up though and scored one more run in the sixth on a couple more LM miscues.

But Lower Moreland wasn't finished either and exploded for 4 more runs in the seventh. Isabella Ricciardi singled, Natalie Shiloni and Payton Lennon both walked, Nikki Sahl was hit by a pitch, Delaney Arthur had one RBI, and Neeld finished the inning with a 2-run double.

Ricciardi was in the circle for the Lower Moreland Lions, allowing 5 hits while striking out 8.

Neeld (2 for 4, 2 2B's, 2 R's, 2 RBI's) and Azzarano (2B, Sac Fly, 4 RBI's) led Lower Moreland's offensive attack.

Elizondo and Wilson each had 2 hits for New Hope, and Harris had 1 hit and 2 RBI's.
