Daisy Foster pitched a complete game 4 hit shutout striking out 5 in a 4-0 victory today against PW. Norristown's offense continued their hitting ways with 13 hits & 4 earned runs. Leading the offense for the eagles with a gutsy performance while battling food poisining was senior captain Kimmy Detwiler (3 for 3). Also contributing to the offense was Shauna Byrnes (2 for 4 triple), Gabby Berry (2 for 3 double), & Ashley Henrick (2 for 2 double). Foster, Shari Lynne Kluth, & Stephanie Dinolfi also got 1 hit each. Devon King paced the eagles defense with a complete split robbing PW of a base hit in the 3rd inning. Sabol pitched a great game in the loss striking out 9 batters.
