The Lady Rams jumped out to a 3-0 lead as they ripped 4 doubles in the bottom of the first inning. Emily Mayhew, Haley Taylor, Brooke Labs, and Alicia Phillips had the doubles. The Rams added 3 runs in the 4th when Phillips lead off with a single, moved to second on a sacrifice bunt by Morgan Labs. Bridget Casey walked and Mayhew loaded the bases as she reached on an infield error. Emily Hofmann singled to drive in two runs. Mayhew then scored on an infield error to make the score 6-0. The Rams added and additional run in the bottom of the as Hofmann drew a 2 out walk and then Taylor drove in the run with a triple. Paige DeCew got the win for the Lady Rams pitching 5 innings, scattering 6 hits, and only 1 walk, giving up no runs. Emily Mayhew came in in relief pitching the final two frames, giving up 2 runs on 1 hit, and 3 walks, while recording 4 Ks.
